Who?
I am an ASIC development leader with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-volume ASICs. Currently, I serve as a Director of Engineering, leading a multi-site design team that develops ultra-low-power, high-volume ASICs for consumer products. My expertise includes establishing ASIC design flows, managing all aspects of ASIC design from concept to production, low-power design, and customer engagement.
The Mission
The tech industry moves fast, but the path for women in engineering—especially in deep tech and hardware—can still feel like uncharted territory. We need more young women to thrive in today’s tech industry, so I created this website to share the lessons I learned while working at companies like Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems, Amazon, and Broadcom. My mission is to help women engineers navigate the challenges they face in pursuing a successful career.
What to Expect
A space dedicated to women in tech to find their footing, voice, and thrive.
